🎯 Requirements

3+ years experience as an Engineering Manager.
3-5+ years experience as a Software Engineer.
Strong product mindset and cross-functional relationships.
Strong technical foundation enabling sound decisions.
Track record building and leading high-performing teams delivering outcomes.
BS/MS in Computer Science or related field.
