Engineering Manager, Radar & Insights

📋 Description

• Lead the Radar & Insights engineering team (~8 engineers).
• Own people, execution, and engineering quality across Radar, Speed Test, and data systems.
• Partner with Product Management to shape roadmap and translate opportunities into problems.
• Ensure operational health, observability, incident response, and data reliability.
• Develop technical leaders and enable engineers to own architecture and implementations.
• Collaborate across Cloudflare to resolve dependencies and drive impact.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience leading engineering teams delivering production software/services.
• Strong grounding in distributed systems and data-intensive platforms.
• Proven ability to work with large-scale telemetry and measurement infrastructure.
• Ability to review designs, reason about trade-offs, and guide non-engineers.
• Excellent product judgment and collaboration with Product Management.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
