📋 Description

• Collaborate with cross-functional product partners to enhance and elevate system reliability
• Engage directly with production environments, analyzing key trends and deriving actionable insights
• Develop and enforce production guardrails to ensure scalable and reliable service operations
• Report directly to the Head of Reliability Engineering

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and develop high-performing engineering teams
• In-depth knowledge of large-scale distributed systems and infrastructure
• Strong foundation in software engineering principles and practices
• Extensive experience in guiding teams on designing and implementing scalable systems; expertise in
• Over 3 years of experience in engineering management roles with a proven track record
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience
