📋 Description

• Lead a team of engineers, owning both delivery and development.
• Lead continuous improvement processes and deliver small, compounding improvements via fast

• Develop next layer of leadership: tech leads, senior engineers, and ICs ready for staff roles.
• Write code and review code, and be a credible voice in technical decisions.
• Drive architectural and technical design decisions in partnership with senior ICs.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of engineering experience, including 4+ years as an Engineering Manager with active
• Hands-on experience building and running production cloud-based SaaS services on Azure (ideally
• Strong background in leading teams in the FinOps space.
• API-first mindset; building fully functional APIs for both humans and agents.
• Strong engineering management of multi-disciplinary teams including full-stack and data engineers.
• Track record of transforming an engineering team with measurable improvements in delivery
