📋 Description

• Drive team execution, resolve bottlenecks, and trade-offs.

🎯 Requirements

• BS/MS in CS/CE or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years software engineering with technical leadership.
• 3+ years people management.
• Experience launching consumer-facing products.
• Growth-focused teams/0-to-1 launches a plus.
• Experience managing diverse roles (server/mobile).
• Excellent communication of trade-offs to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Low-ego, collaborative, cross-functional mindset.
