Engineering Manager - Robotic Systems and Test

📋 Description

• Lead Product Integration and Test team to unify components into one autonomous product.
• Guide end-to-end integration lifecycle across software, hardware, and sensors.
• Oversee SIL, HIL, and field deployments on USV/UAV platforms.
• Mentor engineers; coordinate with platform teams and project milestones.
• Manage priorities and ensure high-quality software for real-world deployment.

🎯 Requirements

• MS in CS/Robotics or related field.
• 8+ years in software/robotics/systems engineering.
• 2+ years leading technical teams.
• Deployment experience with software to hardware and V&V.
• Familiarity with ROS, DDS, Iceoryx2, protobuf over ZMQ.
• Must be a U.S. citizen and eligible for security clearance.
