🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years backend/distributed systems software; 2+ years managing engineers.
• Shipped production LLM systems with evaluation and ground-truth data.
• Hands-on with design reviews, incidents, and deep system details.
• Experience with operations or human-in-the-loop teams.
• Calm under escalation; handle legal deadlines and regulator attention.
• Excellent cross-functional communication across Eng, ML, policy, legal, and product.
