🎯 Requirements

6+ years Salesforce experience with architecture and ecosystem.
Minimum 2 years of people management experience.
Experience leading Salesforce/CRM or enterprise apps teams.
Proven experience with enterprise integrations and B2B workflows.
Strong knowledge of automated testing, CI/CD, and release management.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
