Engineering Manager / Scrum Master with development background

📋 Description

• Facilitate the CRM team's daily operations and all key Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning
• Maintain delivery continuity and momentum throughout the three-month management coverage period
• Identify, remove, and proactively manage blockers and impediments, escalating risks and
• Partner with product owners and business stakeholders to refine and prioritize the backlog aligned
• Provide technical guidance and participate in engineering reviews and decision-making.
• Monitor team health, delivery progress, and performance metrics for leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
• At least 2 years in an Engineering Manager, Team Lead, Scrum Master, or comparable leadership role
• Strong software development background for technical credibility
• Experience running Scrum ceremonies and agile practices
• Ability to join established teams quickly and build trust
• Experience working with product owners and stakeholders in distributed environments
