📋 Description

• Lead engineering teams building scalable, reliable, customer-facing products.
• Drive adoption of AI-assisted software development and AI engineering tools across engineering
• Own engineering delivery for customer-facing products from discovery through launch and operation.
• Strong understanding of modern full-stack, cloud-native, and distributed system architecture.
• Build, lead, and retain high-performing engineering teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience, with significant technical leadership experience.
• 3+ years of engineering management or equivalent technical leadership experience.
• Strong experience building and operating customer-facing products.
• Strong product development background, from product discovery through launch and continuous
• Strong understanding of Java and Spring Boot.
• Strong understanding of microservices and distributed systems.
