Engineering Manager / Senior Engineering Manager, Application Platform

📋 Description

• Lead and grow a high-performing engineering team.
• Set team direction, cadence, and roadmap alignment.
• Deliver shared platform capabilities: auth, audit, billing pipelines.
• Partner with Product, Infra, Security to ensure platform reliability and security.
• Drive AI adoption and developer productivity while maintaining security.
• Shape the technical vision for the Engagement backend platform.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in software engineering, with 2+ years in engineering leadership.
• Backend/platform leadership in SaaS.
• Cloud-native systems experience; Kubernetes and GCP.
• Authentication, authorization, auditability, developer tooling, CI/CD.
• Track record of AI-enabled practices with focus on security and reliability.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-team communication.
