Engineering Manager, Sensitive Deployments

📋 Description

• Lead and grow a team of engineers for high-impact, sensitive deployments.
• Own end-to-end delivery from prototype to production and ongoing operation.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to scope work, sequence delivery, remove blockers.
• Set and maintain high standards for architecture, quality, testing, and security.
• Translate learnings into reusable tools, playbooks, and reference architectures.
• Help the team balance speed, quality, security, and customer needs.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years engineering or delivery experience; 4+ years managing engineers.
• Led customer-facing or deployed teams through ambiguous deployments.
• Experience with government/defense or regulated customers.
• Able to engage executives, security stakeholders, and technical ICs.
• Deep experience across full-stack software, cloud infra, APIs, data, security.
• Comfortable with production-grade code in Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
• Experience with Azure/AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, IAM, encryption, monitoring, and compliance.
