Engineering Manager - Servicing & Fulfillment

📋 Description

• Coach and mentor engineers with 1:1s and growth plans.
• Provide architectural oversight for event-driven, service-oriented systems.
• Partner with Product/Design/Operations to roadmap claim servicing and fulfillment.
• Own end-to-end delivery of complex features using Agile and AI-native SDLC.
• Foster a high-trust, collaborative culture with ownership over reliability and usability.
• Drive AI adoption via AI-native SDLC and collaboration on AI capabilities.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of software development in high-volume domains.
• 3+ years as an Engineering Leader (Manager/Director) directly leading engineers.
• Deep expertise in service-oriented/microservice architectures and event-driven design.
• AWS cloud-native/serverless stack (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, SQS/SNS, Kafka, CDK).
• Proven track record building and leading high-performing teams.
• Experience leveraging AI/LLM-based tools within engineering teams.
