📋 Description

• Drive delivery and execution of projects within your teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years as Software Developer/Engineer or similar.
• 5+ years Node.js and Python experience.
• 3+ years leadership experience.
• Strong agile, sprint planning, backlog mgmt.
• Expertise breaking requirements into EPICs, stories, tasks.
• Backend focus; frontend experience a plus.
• Knowledge of planning tools for timelines.
• Familiar with engineering metrics and monitoring tools.
• Debug complex issues; run blameless RCA sessions.
• Deployment pipelines: CI/CD and related metrics.
• Ability to align diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent communication; stakeholder management.
• Proven track record of improving team velocity.
• BSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
