Engineering Manager (Site Reliability)

📋 Description

• Own delivery within the SRE tooling team; translate requirements into EPICs and stories.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to refine tasks and alignment.
• Plan sprints with defined goals; set timelines, milestones, and dependencies.
• Track velocity; optimize resources and prevent bottlenecks across stakeholders.
• Review designs and code; hands-on coding to uphold quality.
• Ensure monitoring and observability for owned services; meet SLIs/SLOs.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years as Software Developer/Engineer or similar role.
• 5+ years Node.js and/or Python experience.
• 3+ years leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of Agile, sprint planning, and backlog management.
• Break down requirements into EPICs, Stories, and Tasks; code reviews.
• CI/CD, deployment pipelines, and monitoring/observability experience.
