🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent
• Seven or more years of experience in software engineering, infrastructure engineering, Site
• Two or more years of experience managing, mentoring, or leading engineering teams.
• Professional experience with cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, networking, containers
• Experience leading or participating in production incident response, post-incident reviews
• Experience communicating technical risks, priorities, and tradeoffs to engineering leaders and

🎁 Benefits

• Base pay ranges from $214,000 to $226,000 USD for CA, NY, CT, NJ; $205,000 to $216,500 for WA
