Engineering Manager (Site Reliability)

📋 Description

• Own delivery within Site Reliability tooling; align projects with strategy and goals.
• Translate product requirements into EPICs, user stories, and tasks.
• Plan sprints, milestones, track progress, and flag risks early.
• Monitor velocity, optimize resources, and align capacity with priorities.
• Promote design reviews, code reviews, and quality standards.
• Ensure services have monitoring, observability, SLIs/SLOs.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering or similar technical roles.
• At least 5 years hands-on Node.js and/or Python experience.
• Minimum 3 years engineering leadership or team management.
• Strong Agile practices: sprint planning and backlog management.
• Knowledge of cloud deployment, CI/CD pipelines, and reliability principles.
• Excellent stakeholder management across technical and non-technical teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
