🎯 Requirements

• 12-18 years of professional software engineering experience, with 3+ years in an engineering
• Experience managing technical teams of 5-8 engineers with demonstrated ability to scale teams.
• Demonstrated experience in project planning and execution, including scope definition
• Strong ability to manage cross-functional dependencies and drive alignment across engineering and
• Track record of building high-performing teams and developing engineering talent.
• Proven ability to balance competing priorities while ensuring on-time delivery, quality, and
