Engineering Manager, Software, Catalog Enrichment

📋 Description

• Lead a software team delivering catalog enrichment platforms and ML data access.
• Define and execute the tech roadmap for reliability, scalability, and developer experience.
• Build AI-native enrichment with LLMs, ML, workflows, rules, and human review.
• Drive intelligent pipeline automation to create, evaluate, and optimize workflows.
• Own ML-facing data systems, including product metadata governance and data sharing.
• Partner with ML, search, ops, advertising, and business teams to improve data flows.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of software engineering experience, incl. 2+ years as a people leader.
• Proven leadership of teams building prod-scale data platforms, ML systems.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, data pipelines, orchestration, and architecture.
• Experience owning data quality, reliability, compliance through processes.
• Excellent communication to explain tech concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Hands-on with workflow orchestration (Temporal, Airflow, Flink).
