Engineering Manager (SRE)

📋 Description

• Lead and coach a team of engineers with regular 1:1s
• Contribute hands-on infra work: DevOps, automation, GCP
• Own prioritization: translate business needs into goals
• Identify gaps and reliability risks; improve processes
• Lead incident response and keep systems dependable under pressure
• Collaborate with engineers, PMs, and other managers

🎯 Requirements

• Proven people management experience (1:1s, feedback, performance)
• Strong DevOps/infrastructure background with automation mindset
• Hands-on cloud experience; GCP a plus
• Comfortable with self-hosted/bare-metal infra and virtualization
• Experience operating infrastructure at scale
• Programming or scripting knowledge; comfortable with code
