Engineering Manager (SRE)

📋 Description

• Lead a senior engineering team with regular 1:1s and goals.
• Hands-on infra work: DevOps tooling, automation, and GCP.
• Own prioritization: translate business needs into technical goals and focus.
• Identify and close gaps in coverage, reliability, or processes.
• Lead incident response and keep systems dependable under pressure.
• Collaborate with software, product, and other engineers.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven people management experience leading engineers with 1:1s and development.
• Strong DevOps/infrastructure background with automation mindset.
• Hands-on with public clouds; GCP experience a plus.
• Comfortable with self-hosted/bare-metal infrastructure and virtualization.
• Programming or scripting knowledge; able to read/write code.
• Strong English communication; Bonus: infrastructure security mindset.
