Engineering Manager - SRE & Platform

📋 Description

• Lead and develop a team of 6–8 platform and reliability engineers, providing technical direction
• Design, build and operate infrastructure across cloud and hybrid environments, including
• Own deployment pipelines, automation, feature flag systems and progressive delivery practices.
• Define and maintain monitoring standards covering logging, metrics and alerting.
• Establish service levels and lead incident response and management activities.
• Participate directly in 24/7 on-call operations as an engineer and remain close to production

🎯 Requirements

• Experience working both as an engineer and people manager, or equivalent experience as a
• Hands-on platform engineering or DevOps experience in production-scale environments, including
• Proven experience owning production reliability, including on-call operations, incident response
• Experience improving developer experience through internal tooling, self-service platforms or
• 3+ years of direct engineering management experience, with ownership of hiring, performance
• Strong technical judgment and the ability to remain hands-on while providing direction and support
