Engineering Manager, Support & Stability

📋 Description

• Own high-risk domain areas; keep them clean and maintainable
• Build metrics to detect risks: deployment, commits, tickets, failures
• Prioritize root cause fixes over ticket volume
• Lead first-line triage of engineering support tickets
• Drive AI-driven domain maintenance and triage as default
• Set ownership boundaries and accountability to leadership

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of engineering management leadership
• Built or led proactive stability or support programs
• Experience distinguishing systemic issues from one-offs
• Comfortable using AI agents in team workflows
• Ability to negotiate scope and ownership with other teams
• Technical depth to review high-risk work and stay hands-on
