🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years as an engineer writing code.
• 2+ years as an engineering manager of teams.
• Proven track record shipping UX that elevates high-stakes experiences.
• Preferred: contributed to end-to-end customer support software at a marketplace.
• Built and led lean, productive teams delivering impactful results.
• Foster safe, collaborative, inclusive environments for engineers.
