• Lead a team of engineers and PMs to drive growth and operational excellence.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Software Eng or related field, plus 10 years in software.
• At least 5 years of experience in leading engineering teams.
• Managing, building and leading engineering teams delivering software.
• Guiding architecture and technical strategy with staff engineers.
• Designing, delivering, and operating business-critical services at scale.
• Frontend and backend services, databases, and API design.
