Engineering Manager (TLM, Agents)

📋 Description

• Lead and grow the Agents engineering team (AI/ML, backend, full-stack) within the Comet ecosystem.
• Provide technical leadership across multiple layers of a rapidly growing product in AI agents.
• Develop and leverage AI models, infrastructure, and browser tech to scale capabilities for a
• Guide system architectures and product roadmaps with strong technical & product intuition.
• Drive reliability, code quality, AI evaluation, testing, and maintenance for the team.
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, and mentorship; build rigorous interview pipelines with recruiting.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong foundational familiarity with the full AI product stack.
• Proficiency in Python (bonus: TypeScript, Go, Rust).
• Domain expertise in one of: Context engineering interfaces for frontier AI models; Post-training
• Strong product intuition and UX excellence.
• Hands-on experience with frontier models, open-world agents.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage parallel technical projects and guide teams in tradeoffs.

• Salary: USD 300,000 – 405,000 per year.
