📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 8+ tools and automation engineers.
• Standardize onboarding, IDPs, and performance metrics for the group.
• Collaborate with Tech Directors and Product Managers to define standards and automate pipelines.
• Oversee automated testing, CI/CD, and reusable content tools to reduce bottlenecks.
• Maintain sharp technical skills by coding non-time-critical components and reviewing docs.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in software engineering; 2+ years directly managing engineers.
• Deep knowledge of software development pipelines, automated testing, and CI/CD.
• Proficient in C++, C#, or Python in large multi-branch codebases.
• Excellent communication and ability to bridge technical and product teams.
• Undergrad or higher degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent.
