🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of engineering management experience leading teams of 5+ engineers
• 8+ years of full-time software development experience
• Track record of leading engineering teams for high traffic, low latency, scalable systems
• Proven ability to drive decisions and build partnerships across teams
• Ability to handle ambiguity and solve complex challenges while prioritizing
• Demonstrated focus on reliability, operational health, and incident response
