🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 10+ years in software development.
• 8-10 years total experience with 3+ years in people management.
• Built diverse teams to tackle challenging technical problems.
• Thrive in collaborative environments with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience in risk or compliance domain is a plus.
• Proven track record building high performing teams.
