📋 Description

• Lead, coach, and develop engineers while hiring strategically, closing gaps in team composition
• Deliver against multi-quarter initiatives spanning core compliance workflow features
• Partner closely with Product and Design to define what gets built and in what order, translating
• Manage scope, sequencing, and cross-functional dependencies while maintaining team momentum and
• Establish engineering operating rhythms, standards, and practices that scale with the product

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in a full-time engineering management role
• Strong technical foundation, ideally as a former senior engineer, with ability to engage on
• Experience in early-stage or 0→1 product environments where requirements evolve quickly
• Experience in a regulated industry such as fintech or healthcare; FedRAMP, CMMC, or government
• Track record of hiring, onboarding, and ramping engineers effectively
• Delivered complex, multi-quarter initiatives with cross-functional dependencies
