Engineering Manager; Warehouse Launch Manager

📋 Description

• Lead and manage engineering, automation, and technical support functions within the fulfillment
• Oversee maintenance and reliability strategies for automated material handling equipment and
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on: throughput, equipment uptime, productivity
• Manage automation systems including conveyors, sortation systems, robotics, scanners, and warehouse
• Develop and monitor KPIs related to equipment reliability, downtime, preventive maintenance
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective action efforts for major equipment failures and operational

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical
• 5+ years of engineering or maintenance leadership experience in fulfillment, distribution
• Experience managing automation systems and material handling equipment
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Knowledge of PLCs, controls systems, conveyors, robotics, and industrial automation
• Experience with reliability engineering and preventive maintenance programs
