📋 Description

• Lead a wireless network engineering team; grow and coach engineers.
• Own network architecture, reliability, and scalability from collar to cloud.
• Manage spectrum allocation, LoRa/cellular behavior, and tower infrastructure.
• Oversee zero-touch provisioning, fleet automation, and remote diagnostics.
• Improve protocol efficiency and data optimization on constrained devices.
• Turn telemetry into actionable signals for engineers and field teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Have led engineers directly - mentoring, performance, hiring.
• Strong wireless fundamentals: spectrum, path loss, link budgets, antennas.
• Hands-on LoRa/LoRaWAN, cellular, or other long-range tech at scale.
• Understand platform infrastructure: Ansible or similar, fleet automation, remote devices.
• Comfortable in Go, Python, or C++; review tooling and data questions.
• Shape work without being prescriptive; balance speed with quality; stay calm.
