📋 Description

• Lead the team making Kubernetes ready for next generation AI compute.
• As Engineering Manager for Workload Management, you will lead engineers building Graphcore’s
• Your team will integrate new accelerator hardware into Kubernetes environments. Their work will
• You will own delivery, quality assurance and team development. That means mentoring engineers
• This role sits at the point where cloud software, AI infrastructure and hardware integration meet.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 6 years’ line management experience, with a software engineering background
• Strong understanding of Kubernetes and cloud native technologies
• Proven ability to lead delivery across complex, real world engineering challenges
• Experience mentoring engineers and supporting meaningful career development
• Strong communication skills, including work with senior stakeholders
• Experience planning Agile work, managing priorities, risks, issues and dependencies
