Engineering Operations Project Manager

📋 Description

• Lead cross-functional planning and execution across key initiatives.
• Build clear execution plans and coordinate stakeholders.
• Own end-to-end project planning: scope, milestones, timelines.
• Enhance governance, dashboards, and reporting for visibility.
• Manage licenses, subscriptions, SOWs, and contractor budgets in ERP.
• Coordinate with operations, hardware, software, product, and finance.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferred, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in project management, program coordination, or ops.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong skills in scope, schedule, resources, risk, and status management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for teams and leadership.
• Experience using Jira, Smartsheet, Asana, Google Sheets.
