📋 Description

• Cloud Cost Controls - Monitor R&D cloud spend; report weekly spend health.
• Procurement Coordination - Align with procurement, legal, security, and R&D; approvals.
• Internal Accounting & Vendor Management - Track vendor renewals, billing, and budgets.
• Development Cycle Planning - Coordinate team reorganizations for new cycles; track assignments.
• Frequent Reporting & Presentations - Maintain weekly reports; support presentations.
• Meeting Coordination - Run weekly meetings; capture notes; update tools.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years in operations, project coordination, or business analysis in tech.
• Strong organizational and time-management; handle multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, finance, legal, vendors.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum development.
• Proficient in JIRA for ticket tracking and reporting.
• Basic SQL SELECT queries for data retrieval.
