Engineering Project Coordinator (Reactor Systems Integration)

📋 Description

• Coordinate daily and weekly activities across multiple engineering teams supporting plant-level
• Develop, maintain, and optimize detailed engineering schedules for milestones and work execution.
• Support cost, schedule, and scope management by applying PM practices and identifying deviations.
• Manage schedule updates, change requests, and approvals with project controls teams.
• Break down activities into detailed task structures and execution plans for design teams.
• Track assignments, resources, and workload for effective forecasting.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering or related technical field.
• 4+ years of direct project management experience, preferably in engineering/technical programs.
• Experience coordinating engineering activities in nuclear industry (systems design).
• Proven ability to work with multidisciplinary, matrixed teams.
• Strong understanding of schedule management and resource forecasting; PM tools like Primavera P6
• Familiarity with Atlassian tools (Confluence, JIRA) is a plus; PMP preferred; NRC 10 CFR 50
