Engineering Project Manager

📋 Description

• Lead engineering projects from initiation to delivery, managing scope and schedule.
• Manage budgets, staffing, invoicing, and resource forecasting for multi-year projects.
• Direct design, analysis, and studies for water/wastewater and groundwater infra.
• Ensure QA/QC and regulatory compliance throughout project delivery.
• Serve as primary liaison for clients, agencies, consultants, and internal teams.
• Mentor engineers and staff; foster cross-disciplinary collaboration.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in soil/groundwater remediation and water/wastewater design.
• Design experience on groundwater or wastewater treatment systems.
• At least two years of project management experience.
• California P.E. license or reciprocity plan within reasonable time.
• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical or Civil Engineering.
• Ability to establish and maintain stakeholder relationships.
• Solid organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple PM/engineering tasks concurrently.
