📋 Description

  • Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, deliverables, and invoicing from kickoff through
  • Lead multiple substation and interconnection projects concurrently, including complex assignments
  • Review and interpret contract, proposal, and scope language to determine project obligations and
  • Coordinate internal engineering resources and external subconsultants, assigning work and aligning
  • Orchestrate collaboration between civil, electrical, power systems, and structural engineering
  • Manage submittals, RFIs, change requests, project risks, scope changes, and schedule impacts

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a closely related field, or
  • At least 5 years of project management experience within engineering consulting, EPC construction
  • Direct experience delivering high-voltage projects, including substation, interconnection
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret substation, transmission, and medium- or high-voltage contract
  • Proven ownership of project scope, schedule, budget, invoicing, deliverables, and overall project
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to establish credibility with technical clients
