Engineering Solutions Systems Administrator (TeamCenter)

📋 Description

• Administer, configure, maintain, and scale Siemens Teamcenter and related environments.
• Manage users, permissions, workflows, BOMs, and data governance.
• Troubleshoot platform and integration issues; perform root-cause analysis.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Digital Ops.
• Support upgrades, deployments, validation, training, and ERP/MES integrations.
• Identify opportunities to automate processes and strengthen the digital thread.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering/Info Systems or related field; equivalent practical experience considered.
• 5+ years supporting Siemens Teamcenter in engineering/manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of Teamcenter admin, workflows, data structures, release processes, and configuration management.
• Experience troubleshooting Teamcenter issues involving workflows, datasets, BOMs, ownership, access, and integrations.
• Familiarity with Siemens NX managed-mode environments and CAD/PLM integrations.
• Strong troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and problem-solving skills.
