Engineering Supply Chain Manager (Electronics)

📋 Description

• Serve as an active member of engineering project teams from kick-off, helping to execute project
• Identify long lead items and critical components early, securing them proactively to prevent delays.
• Advise engineers on component availability, alternates, obsolescence, cost and lead time.
• Own sourcing and procurement of electronic components, PCB fabrication, PCBA assembly, connectors
• Run fast quoting and supplier selection for prototype builds.
• Lead efforts to find alternative components or new supply paths during shortages.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, Supply Chain, or similar.
• 5+ years of direct experience in electronics sourcing, component procurement or engineering supply
• Strong technical understanding of semiconductors, passive components, PCB fabrication, PCBA
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in startup-like conditions with tight deadlines.
• Hands-on experience interpreting electronic schematics, BOMs, AVL requirements, PCB stackups, and
• Hands-on experience running purchasing and material management through an ERP system.
