Leads automation tooling, workflow tech, and AI initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

6-8+ years of software engineering with data platform, backend, and frontend expertise.
Design rapid experiments and scale distributed platforms; strong cross-functional comms.
Experience in small teams, preferably Indian startups.
B2B and e-commerce experience preferred.
Strong problem-solving in ambiguity with rapid iteration.
Mentor engineers at multiple levels and drive rapid experimentation.
