📋 Description

• Lead and grow a high-performing team of up to 10 software engineers around the world.
• Provide coaching and guidance on technical skills and define clear growth paths for each team
• Act as a key leader in establishing and growing Tulip’s Tel Aviv site.
• Contribute directly to the team's IC work as a 'player-coach' and oversee technical aspects

🎯 Requirements

• 5-7+ years of SaaS software engineering experience, ideally in contemporary tech stacks and complex
• 2+ years in people management leading a software team, with experience in hiring, mentoring, and
• Hands-on experience with cross-functional team leadership for technical and customer-facing feature
• Strong understanding of testing and deploying systems in multicloud/multitenant environments.
• Familiarity with integrating software components and third-party technologies.
• Experience architecting systems that integrate agentic and generative AI capabilities.
