🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years hands-on software engineering (Python or React/TypeScript).
• 1+ year in a technical lead, team lead, or hands-on PM role; mentoring.
• Experience delivering team: direction, breakdown, accountability.
• Design AI-enabled solutions; raise review standards for agent code.
• Strong stack: Python, React, TypeScript, databases, UNIX, AWS.
• Own people work: reviews, interviews, career development.
