📋 Description

  • Lead and develop a team of four backend engineers
  • Maintain technical quality across integrations, billing, backoffice
  • Drive technical design and execution of client onboarding
  • Partner with Product, Operations, Finance, and clients
  • Stay hands-on with design, code review, and critical implementation

🎯 Requirements

  • 3-4 years leading or managing an engineering team
  • 7+ years backend engineering with distributed systems focus
  • Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS or equivalent)
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Hands-on experience with complex integration environments
  • Degree in Computer Science or related field
