📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end architecture for the migration pipeline, including extraction, transformation
• Translate technical strategy into practical, incremental platform capabilities alongside the

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience building data-intensive backend systems, including experience leading
• Demonstrated ability to reverse engineer application systems through detailed analysis of
• Deep experience designing and operating reliable data pipelines and ETL/ELT systems, including
• Strong hands-on experience with modern data technologies, including SQL, a transformation framework
• Strong engineering discipline around correctness, observability, data quality, lineage
• Ability to operate as a hands-on technical leader by setting direction, raising engineering
