Engineering Team Lead, Risk & Value Optimisation (RVO)

📋 Description

• Own delivery end to end: plan and execute work across one or more quarters, set clear goals with
• Lead, grow, and mentor the team: develop ~3 engineers in their craft and quality of execution
• Stay hands-on where you multiply the team: contribute to system design and architectural decisions
• Own the technical core of RVO: balance what lives in our core engineering platform versus the
• Work with complex, large-scale data: shape ingestion and data structures across GIS, LiDAR, asset
• Partner across the business with Product, Deployment, Customer Success, and Sales to understand

🎯 Requirements

• At least 4 years experience in leading a team, delivering end-to-end outcomes across engineering
• Strong product sense and ability to partner with Product to focus on customer outcomes.
• Proven track record delivering complex, production-grade systems with deep technical credibility.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• No-ego, outcome-oriented, detail-obsessed mindset with ability to operate across multiple levels.
