📋 Description

• Manage a small product team of 3-5 engineers (backend and frontend).
• 30% of time on management; contribute to product development.
• Lead hiring and onboarding for team engineers.
• Manage team dynamics and help individuals reach potential.
• Provide ongoing guidance, coaching and feedback.
• Design and implement agentic workflows and autonomous execution.

🎯 Requirements

• Managed an engineering team of at least 2 people.
• Backend experience with Elixir/Phoenix, Ruby, or functional programming.
• Strong engineering fundamentals; shipping secure, scalable systems.
• Experience designing or adopting agentic/automation workflows.
• Think in systems: define specs, plan, verify, ensure quality.
• Solid communication skills.
• Knowledge of team dynamics and inclusive practices.
