Engineering Team Leader

📋 Description

• Manage a small product team of 3-5 engineers (backend & frontend).
• 30% time on management; rest on product development.
• Involved in hiring and onboarding for the team.
• Be the team spokesperson; manage dynamics and develop the team.
• Provide continuous feedback and career guidance.
• Redesign engineering work flows with autonomous agents as the default.

🎯 Requirements

• Managed an engineering team of at least 2 people.
• Backend experience with Elixir/Phoenix or Ruby or functional programming.
• Strong fundamentals; shipping secure, reliable, scalable systems.
• Practical experience designing/adopting agentic/automation workflows and iterating.
• Ability to think in systems: define specs, plan, verify, and ensure quality.
• Demonstrated automation and AI fluency.
