🎯 Requirements

• Managed an engineering team of at least 2 people.
• Backend experience: Elixir/Phoenix or Ruby or FP.
• Strong fundamentals; shipping secure, reliable, scalable systems.
• Experience designing/adopting agentic automation workflows.
• Systems thinking: define specs, plan, verify quality.
• Excellent communication; team leadership; inclusive mindset.
