📋 Description

• Lead a team of 3-5 engineers (backend and frontend)
• 30% management time; actively contribute to product work
• Hire and onboard engineers for the team
• Manage team dynamics and bring out the best in each member
• Provide continuous feedback and career guidance for direct reports
• Design and ship agentic workflows with autonomous agents

🎯 Requirements

• Led engineering team (2+ people)
• Backend experience with Elixir/Phoenix or Ruby (functional)

• Experience designing/adopting automation workflows (agentic)
• Systems thinking: define specs, plan, verify, ensure quality
